The resort management is not responsible for any mishaps on the premises.
In case of any dispute, the say of the management will be final.
We reserve the right to introduce or withdraw facilities without any prior notice - some facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to local COVID-19 Guidelines.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Check in time is 2 PM. Check out time is 12 noon. Early Check in and late check out are available on a chargeable basis and subject to availability.
For cancellations done 7 days or more before check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded to the customers.
For cancellations done less than 7 days before check-in date, no amount will be refunded.
Kids below 6 staying on parents’ bed will not be charged extra.
Ages 6 - 12 will be charged children prices.
Ages 12+ will be charged full prices.
If check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, the booking will be considered as a no-show and any amounts will not be refunded.
Visitors who are not staying at the property will be charged an entry fee (i.e Cover Charge).
Amendment in the booking can be done before check-in as per mutual agreement with the management, according to card rates and subject to availability.
The management retains the right to change booking policies at its discretion during special events, holidays, weekends, like New Year’s etc.
Online Booking Refund/Cancellations Policy
We accept online bookings for our services at sunrisedreamworld.com operated by Sunrise and Agarwals Associates.
Online bookings cannot be cancel and not refundable once a booking confirmed.
In case of any transaction failure without confirm booking full amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days.

Child & Extra Bed Policy
An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guests with AP and CP plans, for a charge mentioned below. (Subject to availability)
Kids below 6 staying on parents’ bed will not be charged extra.
6 - 12 year old INR 800 will be charged for an extra mattress per guest.
12+ year old INR 1000 will be charged for an extra mattress per guest.

We ensure that the property staff is properly trained in hygiene guidelines and that all proper protocols are followed by the staff.

Guests from containment zones are not allowed as per the Government rules.
Shared resources in common areas are properly sanitized.
Guests with fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 are not allowed inside the property.
Only guests with safe status on Aarogya Setu, recent negative RT-PCR test report or vaccination proof are allowed.
Hand sanitizer is provided in common areas.
Thermal screening may be done at entry points.
All rooms are properly sanitized between stays.
Linens, towels, and laundry are washed as per local guidelines.
COVID-19 guidelines for Food Hygiene are followed as per government rules.
Serveware and supplies are properly sanitized.
Safety equipment like masks are mandatory for staff in restaurants.
If requested, guests should wear masks while in common areas.
Guest Profile
Couples are allowed with valid adult (18+) IDs, under 18 couples are not allowed.
For non-couples stay like family, adult ID may not be required for each guest. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into hotel.
Payment Related
Credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard etc are accepted.
UPI is accepted.
Food Arrangement
Outside food is not allowed inside the property.
Smoking/Alcohol consumption Rules
Smoking within the premises is not allowed in public areas as per government norms.

Wheelchair is available at the property.
Ground level mattress can be provided, charges applicable and subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed in the premises, unless with prior confirmation. Extra charges may apply.

Passport, Driving License, Govt. ID and Aadhar are accepted as ID proof(s)
Non-Govt IDs, PAN Card and Office ID are not accepted as ID proof(s)
Local IDs are allowed.
In case of foreigner/NRI guest(s), passport with Visa or OCI/POI is mandatory. Pan Card will not be accepted.
